We want you to be completely satisfied with your Groundies purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. Please ensure items are returned in the same condition they were received to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or additional box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
